Basic cleaners only loosen surface dirt, so baked-on brake dust needs mechanical scrubbing to break free. Cling-and-lift formulas like Black Magic Intense Foam Wheel & Tire Cleaner and Black Magic No Scrub All Wheel Cleaner do more of the work chemically.
